All subscription fees — Individual and Group, Weekly, Monthly, or Annual — are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a billing period. If you cancel an Individual plan, or a Group plan's term simply runs out, you keep access to paid features for the rest of the period already paid for; we don't refund or pro-rate the remaining days.
This applies regardless of how much you used the Service during that period, and applies to every member covered under a Group plan, not just the person who paid.
If your plan includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial, at no cost, to avoid being charged when it ends. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the price shown at signup, and Section 1 above applies from that point on.
This section applies to Individual plans, which are the only plans that renew automatically — see Section 5. You can cancel at any time — there's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end your access immediately (see Section 1). Group plans don't need to be "cancelled" at all — see Section 6.
Only Individual plans renew automatically. An Individual plan renews at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually — at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may send an in-app or email reminder ahead of a renewal, but it's your responsibility to cancel in time if you don't want the next period charged.
Group plans do not auto-renew, ever. A Group plan is a fixed-term purchase — Weekly (7 days) or Monthly (30 days) — for a chosen number of people. It simply expires when that term ends. Nothing is charged automatically after that; to keep paid access going, the group's admin has to actively renew it, choosing the duration and headcount again each time.
Because a Group plan never auto-renews, there's nothing to cancel — simply not renewing it is enough. When its term ends, every member covered by that plan reverts to the Free tier at the same time, automatically and without any action needed from the admin or any member.
Only the plan's admin (the member who purchased it, or whoever it's since been transferred to) can renew a Group plan. Section 1 (No Refunds) applies to the group as a whole for any term already paid — Individual members cannot request a partial refund for their own share.
Adding members mid-term does not reduce that term's already-paid price; a change to headcount or duration only takes effect the next time the admin renews, since each term is fixed once purchased.
If an Individual plan's automatic renewal payment fails (e.g. an expired card or insufficient balance), we may retry the charge and will notify you; if payment still doesn't go through, your subscription may be paused or downgraded to Free until it's resolved. For Group, each renewal is its own manual purchase — if that payment fails, the term simply doesn't start; nothing is retried automatically, and the admin can just try renewing again.
If you believe a charge was unauthorised or incorrect, contact us at info@splik.in first so we can look into it — most billing questions are fastest to resolve this way. You can also raise a dispute directly with Cashfree or your bank/card issuer through their standard chargeback process at any time.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify you in-app or by another appropriate means and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use a paid subscription after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
